Who is the Rocky Mountain Emcomm?

The Rocky Mountain Emcomm is being sponsored by the Weber County Sheriff’s ARES Emergency Communication Team, the ARES organizations of Davis, Weber, Box Elder and Cache Counties.

When is the Rocky Mountain Emcomm?

The RM Emcomm is Friday May 2nd 6pm- 9pm and Sat May 3rd 8am-4pm

Where is the Rocky Mountain Emcomm?

The RM Emcomm will be at Roy High School located at 2150 W 4800 S in Roy Utah

What’s the schedule for the Rocky Mountain Emcomm?

Friday May 2 6-9 and Saturday May 3rd 8am-4pm

What is happening Friday night?

There will be dinner catered by Goodwood Barbeque and speaker Brian Mileshosky, ARRL Rocky Mountain Regional Director N5ZGT (must be prepaid to attend)

What is the cost of dinner?

Dinner =$15.00 with registration =$20.00

How can I pay?

Use PayPal available from either Facebook (no account needed) or our webpage or pay at the door. Pre-registration is suggested either way

What is happening on Saturday?

Welcome by Weber County Sheriff Terry Thompson, Opening flag ceremony by the Weber County Sheriffs Honor Guard. Opening remarks by the Utah State Director  of Emergency Management Kris Hamlet. There will be an ARRL Centennial Presentation, classes, a mobile ham shack display, snack bar, swap meet, vendors, you can order lunch from Subway, ARRL forum and great company.

How can I find out what classes are being offered?

There is a list of classes on our Facebook page and our webpage.

How much is Registration?

Pre registration is $5.00 , cost that day is $8.00

Lunch? 

Box lunch by Sub Way. $6.00 (Pay at the door)
